The house, recently completely renovated, is located in the historic center of Catania, in a pedestrian alley away from the noise of the street. It is finely furnished with all comforts, has a living room with kitchenette, table and comfortable double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed with walk-in closet, a bathroom with large shower and an external laundry.

The house is ideal for 2 people or for a family with 1 child of any age. In total, the house is equipped with 2 double beds for 3 adults, while for small children, on request and free of charge, a cot with sides about 1 meter long, high chair, low table, plates and glasses in recyclable plastic is provided.

The strategic location of the house allows you to visit the historic part of the city in a few days and on foot. The house is in fact 450 m from the Benedictine Monastery and the Church of San Nicolò l'Arena, 550 m from the Roman Theater, 900 m from the Ursino Castle, 950 m from the Duomo and the typical fish market, 1300 m from the Massimo Bellini Theater, 1400 m from the Roman Amphitheater. It is also possible, by bus and train, to make excursions to Mount Etna, to nearby Acitrezza, to Taormina and to Syracuse. The area is served by public transport (bus), but you can move easily on foot.

The rules

Check-in takes place in self mode and is possible from 15:00 onwards. Check-in before 15:00 can only be granted under certain conditions, but must be specifically requested

Check-out: maximum at 10:00. In exceptional cases, if possible, another time can be agreed with the Host

Before arriving at the facility, the data of all guests who will be present in the house for registration at the Catania Police Headquarters must be sent. Other people other than those declared in the booking are not allowed to stay

Upon arrival at the facility, the Host will have the guest sign a tourist lease contract with all the conditions, equipment and rules provided

It is forbidden to organize parties / events

Animals are not allowed

Smoking is not allowed

It is necessary to be quiet between 2pm and 4pm and after midnight
